Capt. Charles Hertel was born on October 28th, 1993 in Miami Florida and raised in the heart of the Florida Keys, Islamorada. He spent the first 18 years of his life in Islamorada building a passion for Marine Wildlife, habitat and the culture that his fellow role models instilled into him throughout his youth.
